The location of this hotel was actually one of the better things about it – it's right in the heart of the city and easy to get around.

Although full payment was made in advance ghe property cancelled the reservation without informing, and we were informed only when we reached property. Staff/manager were very rude and non-cooperative
The area is fine, but the interior of the property looks nothing like the pictures I booked; it was very different from what was shown.

Nothing stood out, especially the reception lady’s attitude with the security guard who acted like a receptionist; we booked a classic triple room but were given a standard room and they didn’t change it.

“Most pathetic room I ever got”
I checked in and out within an hour because the rooms were dirty and not clean; despite complaining, the staff said they couldn't refund because it’s an Oyo hotel, even though I’d already paid and they booked me a room that was worth less than Rs.1000.
