I stayed in a standard room. One reservation was for a standard and one for deluxe. I stayed in the same standard room for both nights. I would like to refunded for the difference. Thanks

The hospitality was excellent, but the check‑out time was a drawback 😊.

The location was good, but the hotel staff were bored, nonchalant, and loyal; the gym was closed without any prior notice.

The bed was good, the room size was adequate, and the bathroom was very good, but the facilities smelled of smoke.
