The area was close to the center of Naples. The air conditioner was missing, the room felt suffocating, and the bedroom window was just a small porthole. I’m sorry, but after a day out you can’t just retreat and suffocate, and that’s a no‑no. Cleaning was lacking.
The location was perfect, self‑check‑in worked smoothly, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was well equipped.

Vlotte self check-in met duidelijke instructies. Locatie is perfect, alles op wandelafstand te ontdekken. Prijs is heel goed. Vriendelijk personeel via whatsapp. We hadden een erg kleine kamer, enkel ruimte voor een klein tweepersoonsbed en een kast / bureau. Geen ruimte genoeg voor 2 koffers. Soms wel een verstikkend gevoel in de zomer. Geen airco wat toch echt nodig is in de warme zomer en kleine kamer met 1 klein raam. (er waren wel 2 ventilators aanwezig maar die verhielpen de warmte niet) Alles gedeeld (badkamer, douche, toilet, keuken) Geen balkon aanwezig

The kitchen was well equipped, even with a kettle for tea and a moka pot for coffee. The cleanliness was good and overall the apartment was welcoming and functional. What I liked less was the room’s small size, though it had the basics. The window was tiny, like a porthole, and didn’t allow good ventilation. The room lacked air conditioning, and the fans were weak and noisy, so at night the temperature was very high and we struggled to sleep comfortably.
