The hotel has both original and renovated décor; I stayed in a new room with a Japanese layout, so the bed and seating were on wooden flooring, giving a spacious, relaxed feel. The bathroom area was very clean, and warm lighting added to the ambience.

The station is right in front of the hotel, so I never got lost. The linens are cotton and clean, and the towels are large, thick, and tidy. The building itself is very old.

The location is nice. Breakfast hygiene standards were very poor.

The location was fine, but the bed was awful.

It was convenient to be close to the train station.
