Eleven Boutique Suites

Very pleasant new small hotel, large rooms, view of the pool and beach, separate bedroom, living room with kitchenette, which was well equipped. Two separate air‑conditioners in each room. Rooms were cleaned meticulously. Staff friendly. Parking and restaurant on site, very close to town centre. Generally it would be almost perfect, but the breakfasts were a total misunderstanding, they looked identical every day. I don’t know who came up with that idea, but you can’t feed people eggs day after day, just a slightly different way. After 3 days of that diet, a person is already quite fed up and we even avoided those breakfasts. The “private” beach with loungers was a bit neglected.

The rooms are very nice, beds super comfortable. Great resort with very good staff. Rarely have I experienced such friendliness. Eleven has a restaurant that is highly recommended. Exclusive cuisine, then with live music that was not too loud. Must mention the super great breakfast with the friendly service. Five stars are not enough for that. Value for money unbeatable. Thank you very much for the pleasant stay, despite the rain, which is rarely experienced on Crete. The room location, but it was the last room. I would not recommend the 18 if you like sleeping with an open window. The sound insulation is very good when the windows are closed.

We stayed in a very quiet place with only a handful of rooms, so during the day we often found ourselves alone by the pool. Every morning the same breakfast was served on the beach, but it was always delivered super fast and the waitress quickly remembered how we liked our coffee; she was very friendly. The owner was genuinely kind, carried our heavy luggage to the room, and on the departure night slipped a lunch pack out the door because we checked out early, also giving us fresh coffee to go. The wardrobe was a bit small and had only a few hangers, with no shelves, so we kept most of our clothes in the suitcase. The location is decent—not on the main street, so it's quieter—and a few restaurants are within walking distance. I’d suggest moving to another spot after a few days to see a different area.

The rooms are spacious and perfectly organized, the place is quiet, comfortable, and clean, just a short walk from the sea, and the breakfast is unforgettable.

“Perfect boutique stay in Crete.”

The staff were wonderful, the boutique size was perfect, the beach and pool beds were always plentiful, rooms and the property were clean, and we even managed an early check‑in—thanks a lot to the owner for making the stay so pleasant! Nothing to add.
