The nature around is nice. We had a problem with the booking and had to leave the place today. The place was very dirty and full of rats and cockroaches. We notified the hosts about the issue because the beds in the rooms were full of rat droppings, and the host had the courage to deny that it was rat droppings. My six‑year‑old daughter grabbed a droppings in her hand and we left in a hurry out of fear of contamination. We ask that you take action on this because it was the worst and most dangerous stay we have had. Please give us a full refund because we still had to clean everything so we wouldn’t be harmed.
