The place felt spacious overall, and the parking was right in front of the house. I should say, though, that it wasn’t a major complaint—just a small hiccup. I read a review that said the house was already heated when guests arrived, but we got there in August with a 7‑degree chill, so it was cold inside and took a while to warm up. One of the rooms had a broken heater, but the front desk guy fixed it quickly.

The property left a lot to be desired. I booked it for the oven, but it didn’t work. The sink was leaking and they fixed it, but the closet had a damp smell. We slept one night there and then they moved us to a different place—no extra charge—at the Serra Verde hotel/pousada. On the bright side, the breakfast was amazing.

Everything was fantastic, except the shower. It only had a trickle of water during my stay, which was annoying. Other than that, everything was perfect!

From the moment we reached out before arrival to the day we left, the staff were attentive, caring, and quick to help. The breakfast was outstanding, the facilities were flawless, and the space was cozy, complete, and in a great location. We’ll definitely come back.
