It’s very central. The reception staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. The windows aren’t really sound‑proof, so it got a bit loud on Saturday night.

We were on the first floor, and because of the air‑conditioner next to the bedroom, we couldn't open the window. The courtyard outside was noisy.

I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with my stay at your hotel. First, the price I paid does not match the quality of the room assigned to me; the amenities and overall condition were far below my expectations and do not justify the high rate. Additionally, I was forced to pay a tourist tax on site, even though the total cost, including all taxes, had already been settled at the time of booking on the platform. This double charging is abnormal and unacceptable. Given these issues, please review the situation and offer a commercial gesture or refund the unjustified tax. I look forward to your prompt response.
