The hotel’s location was superb, yet the rooms were extremely tiny.

The place sits in a convenient spot, but the room was in bad shape; I spotted a cockroach, and the staff didn’t speak English well. The carpet by the toilet was filthy with two large dark brown patches, and most front‑desk staff’s English was worse than supermarket cashiers—more English‑speaking hires are needed.

The spa was great and both the facilities and the room felt brand‑new and pleasant, with very comfortable bedding. Getting to the spa floor was a hassle and we kept running into banquet guests, which was awkward; the coffee cups in the room were only replaced with fresh ones every three days, the pillow was a bit too low and there were no height options, which was disappointing.
