I liked the place overall because of its good location and friendly service, but the room had no windows, making it very stuffy at night.

We couldn’t stay because the four‑person room only had a single bed. When I booked I made it clear we were three people—two adults and a child—and they told me there were two beds; I had to leave and find another hotel.
