“Beware of pitfalls”
The property owner is a good businessman but not an honest one. He tries to profit from anything moving in a somewhat pushy and uncomfortable way. For example: 1. He prices meals at double the island restaurant prices 2. He prices excursions 30-40% higher than resort islands 3. He prices transportation 75% higher than market price (and even with this price, he tried to re-negotiate my transportation booking - for a very long time - asking 50% more because “he would have lost money otherwise”)
