Cómo valoran los huéspedes el hotel, aspecto por aspecto.
The staff try to serve you with a wide smile; the boat photography with fish was done by professional photographers, and the view with the pool was more than wonderful. The villa was too large for us; we were given 3 rooms and two floors for just two people, and for that I was disappointed because we had booked a suite and it was cancelled, then we booked two rooms because only two were left, so they made us an “ab‑qreed” (??) but I didn’t like it.

Location. The staff were very friendly, especially the guy who served us at the breakfast buffet and the girls from the wellness area. I expected a lot more. The place is very cold and the vibe didn’t suit me; too many stones, a bit spooky. Personally, that type of accommodation isn’t for me, and the price is also too high.

The peace and serenity were lovely. Every staff member was kind and helpful. The grounds and gardens were impeccably maintained, and it was a pleasure to stroll around. We enjoyed both swimming pools and could order a refreshing mocktail. Our room was superb with a very comfortable bed and pillows. We will definitely stay here again. Nothing to complain about.

Everything was perfect and completely satisfactory. There’s nothing to criticize, and the hotel feels more like a 5‑star plus because of the excellent service. Nothing.
