I arrived to find the room unclean, with bed linen bearing an old stain that remained even after the staff claimed to have cleaned it; only after I asked again were fresh sheets put on, and I had to wait about three hours before I could actually use the room. The listing promised a private bathroom in every room, yet the bathroom and toilet were shared among roughly five rooms on different floors. After reporting the issue, the host sent me aggressive and threatening messages, even threatening my safety, which I have screenshots of and find utterly frightening. I was traveling alone and felt unsafe, and no guest should ever go through this. I urge the platform to investigate and protect future guests.
