The location is acceptable for visiting the parks and staying close to Playa del Carmen, the staff are amazing humans, and the breakfast is good. There is parking on the public road, and a solid security system with surveillance cameras.

The location is quiet and perfect for heading to Xcaret. The breakfast is freshly made, tasty, and complete. The coffee is delicious. The entire complex is clean, and the host Serafin is very friendly.
