The staff at breakfast and housekeeping are truly exceptional; they go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. João and Arlan are always ready to help with anything we need, and I’m grateful for their support. Our stay in Fernando de Noronha was absolutely wonderful, and I have nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was simple yet sufficient, well-prepared and tasty, with eggs and tapioca cooked on the spot. The service was excellent, with Geisa, Roberta, João, and Arlan always ready to assist, all very friendly and helpful.

The staff make all the difference—João is always very helpful, giving us many tour and equipment tips, picking us up at the airport, and attending to all our requests. Roberta is very attentive and friendly, preparing a great breakfast and serving us everything, making tapioca, eggs, and couscous right on the spot. The inn is located in Orima, close to everything, and Noronha itself is simply amazing. No complaints.

In the last three times we visited Noronha, we never hesitated to return to the Pousada. The service is the strongest point; João and Roberta are the staff, truly beloved professionals who welcome you with unmatched attention. Cleanliness and location are also very strong points—impeccable hygiene and a location that offers a comfortable walk from the center to the beach of Cachorro. The breakfast is very good, with a variety of fresh items: eggs, cheeses, tapiocas, omelettes, all to our taste, plus a buffet. Other important things for me are a hot shower with a strong spray and a comfortable bed with clean, new bedding and towels. All of this is excellent, so in recent visits we didn’t even research much—we already know it will be great and we’re sure we won’t trade a good experience for uncertainty about something unknown.
