“Décevant car nous n’avons pu dormir adéquatement”
The room was clean, but the bed was totally uncomfortable—very disappointing, and I would never recommend this place.

The place was clean and tidy, and the bathroom was spotless. I couldn’t access the balcony because it was locked for an unknown reason.

The room was well equipped and nicely decorated, everything felt warm and welcoming. However, we were moved to a different room without prior notice or consent, supposedly as a hotel perk, which was unsettling. The hotel charges for parking, whereas nearby hotels offer free parking for guests.
