The rooms had no heating on, making them freezing, and the buffet was awful.

The hotel’s location works great for business trips, but if you’re heading into the city it feels a bit far, and the parking is a hassle. We were left waiting in the lounge with other guests until 14:15 for our room even though we arrived at 13:30, and that delay cost us time that other hotels had handled much sooner.

La ubicación , el personal de recepción , y el detalle de tener dos maquinas de un café buenísimo en la cafetería. El baño , concretamente que hubiese bañera en vez de plato de ducha. También que estuviese la habitación enmoquetada
