Le Preconil

The Préconil is in a great spot, and we could park our car easily on the street. The front desk person was very friendly; the only downside was that breakfast arrived too late for us, but we found a nearby bakery that served early‑morning breakfasts with sea views. The hotel is close to everything: the coast gives a magnificent view, and several late‑night shops let you grab quick groceries. The hallway carpet is a little worn.

“Soddisfacente”

I’ve been staying at the Preconil for years. It’s a typical Provençal place – basic but impeccably clean and welcoming. It’s super convenient, right in the centre near shops, services, bars and restaurants, just 5 minutes from the beach. It has a small free private parking lot, which is a big plus since most spots elsewhere are paid. Maybe a bit of a refresh on the furnishings would help.

“Une excellente surprise.”

The location is ideal, very close to the centre. The parking in front of the hotel is welcoming, and the staff and managers are friendly and kind. The family‑friendly atmosphere is a plus for us. Breakfast is excellent and filling. We’ll definitely return.

Good value for money, highly recommended. The stairs to the upper beach are vertigo‑inducing. Everything else is excellent.

“Un hôtel "historique" très agréable, à y retourner avec plaisir.”

Hôtel avec 5 places de parkings en extérieur, un luxe à Sainte Maxime centre ville. Son emplacement est très bien situé qui permet de faire beaucoup de choses à pied( visites, shopping.). A 2 pas de l'office de tourisme, marché extérieur, couvert, Tour Carrée, le port avec ses navettes pour le golfe de St tropez. Très bon accueil de la direction. Un petit coup de rafraîchissement des chambres
