“Bem localizado, limpeza precária e ar-condicionado barulhento.”

The location is good, close to the center, markets and bakeries. The room cleaning left something to be desired: the glasses and plates that were already in the room were all pushed together, the shelf had only dust and a spider web, no change of sheets or towels was offered even though I stayed 7 days, the microwave at reception was dirty with a crust of food and dust that made it unusable. And the worst part is that the air‑conditioner is very, very noisy and really interferes with sleep.

The building needs maintenance, but speaking only about the mentioned room, the door has a gap that even when locked allows someone outside to see who is in bed.

The location is close to the city’s main tourist spots, but there are no rugs in the room.

“Perfeita”

The staff were really attentive and made me feel welcome, which I appreciated. The only downside is that the room is basically made for a solo traveler—there's hardly any space if you have more than one person. Overall, pleasant service but cramped quarters.

The place sits right in the city centre and the price was hard to beat, so that part was great. Unfortunately the photos don’t match reality at all, the Wi‑Fi kept dropping, and the rooms (and bathroom) have no windows. To make matters worse, there were rats in the building—one even got into my third‑floor room and I had to shuffle my stuff around to get it out. Not the experience I was hoping for.
