They gave me the wrong name and the hotel doesn’t exist where they claimed; they better not charge me. It wasn’t near MM Alam Road at all. After WhatsApping and calling, I found the building was called Hayat Palace and they said Gulberg was a different branch. When I booked it said 400 m near the Fred, but it was actually 4.5 km away. Disappointing. I left and the guest I had booked for never stayed. Please reimburse.

Only the location mattered. I booked in Gulberg 2 with Hotel Gulberg Lodges and the room in the pictures was different. When I called they said it wasn’t available there and that I had to go to Hotel Hayat Palace, Firdous Market in Gulberg 3. So I went there and it was a different hotel with a small room and one double bed. When I booked it showed 2 double beds for our people. They also mentioned free breakfast, but when we asked at the front desk they said we would be charged for breakfast. Never going to book again with these scammers.
