The location is great, close to major attractions and the train station, all within easy walking distance. The room was thoughtfully arranged, very clean, comfortable, and the staff were extremely helpful. It was a bit hard to locate at first because there are several properties in the building.

The location is excellent. The room is very comfortable and very quiet. Communication is very good and the host is very friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

It’s a 6‑room facility where breakfast is picked up in the hallway and then eaten in the room. The selection is relatively limited, but that means fewer other guests and more quiet. The rooms are small, but enough for two people. What we liked was the good location and the high level of cleanliness.

Only 20 minutes on foot from everything, with the exception of Castel San’Angelo. The food around is wonderful, making it a perfect halfway stop if you plan it right. Another big plus is being just 5 minutes from Roma Termini and having a luggage storage only 2 minutes away. The staff were very kind, offered tips for getting around Rome, cleaned the rooms daily, and provided light breakfast and coffee to go. I would definitely recommend staying here for your trip to Rome! I am a larger person (6’ 4”) and the restroom was a bit small. The elevator only fits two carry‑on suitcases or one large suitcase, but the stairs were manageable.
