I enjoyed staying at Strand Palace, and the location was perfect for exploring London. The staff were very positive, especially the lady at reception who was kind, welcoming, and left a great impression. The stay was comfortable and pleasant, and I would gladly return to Strand Palace on a future visit. The room was comfortable, but the window let in almost no natural light, making it feel quite dark during the day.

The Location is great and the room was quite spacious. The lift was very slow and there was always a long wait for it. I usually walked down from the ninth floor. There was no door to the bathroom, even though it could easily have had one. My room was noisy, but not from the street; it was more like the sound of air conditioning. Perhaps the machine was positioned right outside my window
