The place was spotless, cozy, and quiet. It sits right in front of an Indomaret, making everything super convenient, and the airport is only 15‑20 minutes away by car. The hotel is on a busy main street, so there’s plenty of activity but it doesn’t disturb your sleep. The first two nights I had no hot water, but after I switched rooms the hot water returned. A power outage in Sumatra also knocked out the TV signal.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by the pillows, which were not comfortable at all during my sleep. The lack of a comfortable pillow really disrupted my rest and made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep.

My stay was a mixed bag, with the rooms being the only redeeming quality. Unfortunately, there wasn't much else to comment on, as there were no notable issues or complaints.
