Soap and slippers were missing.

Convenient location, quiet. Only one shower per floor, old plumbing, and the doors and beds are worn out.

1. Clean towels were provided; 2. The location is quite convenient; 3. It’s open 24/7 (the front door stays open all the time). 1. Light in the room comes from the COMMON hallway; 2. One toilet and one shower serve the whole floor of six rooms; 3. The shower head leaks from every crack, and the drain is just a hole with no grating; 4. The shower repair looks sloppy; 5. The window view is a construction site two metres away; 6. The “receptionist” at the desk keeps sleeping in the adjacent room.

Good location, but it’s understaffed and the cleaner is also the front desk.
