We showed up an hour early and the bungalow was already ready, which felt like a warm welcome and set a great tone. The bungalow itself was stunning and spotless, offering everything we needed, and breakfast was excellent with a buffet that let us pick from fried eggs, French toast, pancakes, and even add a few extra items if we wanted. The staff worked hard to make guests feel cared for, and that effort was evident. A few small tweaks could improve the experience: there was no bin by the pool, so some guests tossed trash over the glass railing; adding more bins around the pool would help. Also, although the pool area is arranged like a small restaurant, there’s no food or drink service there—walking to reception is fine, but being able to order a drink by the pool would be nice; I’ve already shared this on WhatsApp. We stayed in bungalow 115. For the first four nights I slept soundly, but a persistent barking dog kept me awake the last nights. After two nights I told reception, and they immediately offered us another place to sleep or to move all our belongings. Since we were traveling the next morning, we accepted the offer and moved to bungalow 106, which I actually preferred. The layout worked better for us, with a small kitchen and sink outside the room, a different pool layout that allowed two people to relax in the gazebo, and a bathtub positioned across the window instead of lengthwise. If I return, I’ll definitely request bungalow 106. The staff are all very kind and do their best for guests. A few team members could use more English practice, as communication was sometimes difficult, but everyone was friendly and clearly tried to help.

The workers were friendly, but the rooms could be a bit cleaner.

The place was quite serene and scenic, surrounded by beautiful flowers, and the rooms were spacious. Breakfast was delicious and everything else was good. However, there was a small incident with ants at the pool gazebo or resting bed, and the shower drain in room 111 was a bit slow—something the hotel can fix.

The villas were private and secluded from passersby, but the gym is tiny and lacks much equipment.
