The accommodation was very clean. The shared kitchen was well equipped with everything needed, plus a washing machine and dishwasher. There’s a terrace with sea view, a small parking spot, and easy key‑box access. The staff were very responsive. It can be hard to shut the room doors quietly, so if the other occupants aren’t respectful that might be an issue, and the same goes for the shared common areas.

We had a wonderful holiday in Lanzarote, and staying at this place made it even better! The house was impeccably clean, thoughtfully detailed, welcoming, and stylishly furnished with all the comforts you’d need to feel right at home. The location was perfect for exploring the island and enjoying its wonders. We especially liked the peace and pleasant atmosphere, which let us relax and fully enjoy the vacation. A special thank you to the owner, who was kind, helpful, and attentive to our needs, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. It was a real pleasure to stay here and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely getaway in Lanzarote; we’d gladly return!

The house is great, both the room and the common areas. The bathroom had a strong pipe smell, and the fan wasn’t enough to remove it.

The rooms are spacious, bright, and tastefully decorated with meticulous attention to detail. You can immediately feel the care for guests: super comfortable beds, fragrant rooms, and immaculate cleanliness everywhere. The property offers all the necessary comforts: a laundry area, a fully equipped kitchen, well‑maintained common spaces, and a stunning terrace overlooking the ocean. The location is excellent, convenient for getting around and reaching nearby attractions, yet still secluded and tranquil. Nothing to complain about.

Everything was fully furnished. Two towels for five nights were insufficient for us. The bathroom, toilet, and kitchen were not together. Many doors creaked loudly.
