The location was convenient and the apartment was nice. The check‑in was a bad experience: there was no lobby and we weren’t told in advance, so we wandered with our suitcases looking for it. We waited on the sidewalk for hotel staff for more than 15 minutes, even though we were told they would be there in 5 minutes, and it was a hot day!

The location, the size of the apartment, and its equipment are positives. The traffic noise in the room facing the street is terrible, even with earplugs. Checking in is complicated: no one is on site, and you have to call for someone to come.

The apartment was spacious, offering two large rooms and two well‑equipped bathrooms, plus a fully stocked kitchen, a sitting area with TV and solid Wi‑Fi. It sits in a central spot surrounded by many eateries. We arrived with a rental car and had no idea where to park along the busy street the building is on, so we had to call someone to let us in; waiting 5‑10 minutes felt long while stuck on a road with three clogged lanes. Access required a code, which once failed, forcing us to wait again for assistance. This shouldn’t deter anyone from booking, but clear pre‑arrival information about parking and what to do if something goes wrong would be helpful (best parking spots, who to contact). It was a lesson for us to take the initiative via the messaging system.

Clean and spacious. Noisy from traffic for the room that faces the main road. The other room is nice and quiet.

Location, clean environment in the apartment. Only 1 key access unlike previous stay, it was the key password. Inconvenience as main key holder needs to be present to unlock the door. Bedroom lights could be brighter and have a stand lamp at the desk
