The location was great—just a short walk from Morishita station and close to Lawsons and 7‑Eleven. The staff were fantastic, and I liked the snacks, tea, and coffee in the lobby. I really enjoyed chatting with Nonoko, Yu, Aya, and Daria. The entrance to the suite was narrow, so there wasn’t enough room to put on shoes.

The spot was spot on for my planned itinerary, with all major Tokyo sights reachable by walking or subway, and Lowson, FamilyMart, and 7‑11 within five minutes. The public areas offered thoughtful amenities, snacks, brewed drinks, and umbrellas, and the environment was great. The room was spacious and well equipped, especially the washer‑dryer and free laundry detergent, so we didn’t have to wash a lot of clothes after returning home. The staff were friendly and eager to interact, and they were especially warm toward children, even though we spoke the same language, the enthusiasm was palpable.

Walking five minutes from the elevator exit of Morishita station A3 brings you to the hotel. The first‑floor lounge provides free snacks, tea bags, instant coffee, and a water dispenser. Inside the room you’ll find a washer‑dryer, a basic kitchenette, a small living area, and a clothes‑drying rack that can accommodate two 29‑inch suitcases. The owner was courteous, and the building’s facilities and room equipment were explained in detail. Overall, the value for money is high, and I recommend it.

The staff were truly charming; the front‑desk representative stayed with us even when we were delayed and explained every detail of the stay and the facilities, and all reception staff were always happy to help with a smile. The room was very practical—six of us made it a bit tight, but it was still functional. There were three separate sleeping areas, a table in the middle, a kitchenette, and a washer‑dryer. The hotel supplied various supplies such as laundry detergent. There’s a small room at the entrance where you can prepare hot drinks, and they offer coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and even small snacks. The location isn’t central but is close to the Moriahta train station from which most attractions are reached. The only downside was a slight musty smell on the first‑floor room; it wasn’t terrible but did bother me a bit. The mattress was fine, but the pillow was a little firm, which made that part less comfortable.

Everything was just amazing. The staff were great, the room was spotless, and everything was perfect. The location is excellent for staying in Tokyo while avoiding the noise and chaos of the city, since it’s a little away from Shinjuku, etc. If I return to Tokyo, I’ll stay here again.
