James provided excellent service—friendly and responsible. The room had a small bug.

The bed was comfy, but the aircon was a bit off.

The place was fairly close to the metro and the staff were helpful, but there was no shower, the room was too small and didn’t match the photos, and the cleaning left the sheets and bathroom dirty.

The location and cleanliness were solid, but nobody was around to help us with our luggage.
