“Gepflegte Anlage gleich am Beach mit sehr motivierten und herzlichen Mitarbeitenden”

Super location near the beach. In the evenings there were fire pits and cocoa with marshmallows. The property was beautiful, well‑maintained, and the renovated rooms had no carpet. The shower was more of a mist. Because we stayed on the ground floor and the room was very sound‑prone, we constantly heard loud foot traffic from above. Room spray had been used extremely heavily before we arrived, and even after long airing it didn’t dissipate. Regrettable.

“Great customer service, and a great property.”

The front‑desk person was unbelievably helpful. He went above and beyond to get us a room that met all our requests. I wish I could remember his name, but he was tall and thin with lighter hair. Anyway, he made us feel so welcome and important. Hospitality at its best! None.

I loved everything about the property. The location was the best, right across the street from the beach. Our room was small but beautiful, and I’ll stay there again. The staff was unbelievable; everyone was so nice and accommodating. We loved Jeremiah, Anaelle, the front‑desk people, and the valet guys – they made our stay magical. It was a great wedding weekend; they even had a bottle of champagne on ice and a beautiful card written to us when we walked into our room. Choosing the Milo was the best decision. There is nothing I didn’t like.

“Great location, mid everything else”

The location is amazing. Really pretty property. Just across the street from the beach and easily walkable to the funk zone and downtown. The hotel offers beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes for free. Most of it was mid. The “king” bed was actually an RV king which is more like a queen. There was no music playing or even a water station at either pool. The lobby coffee was quite bad
