“Don't book online - worst reception”

I booked online and was promised a 300 rs discount, but the front desk insisted they couldn’t honor it and demanded cash instead, even though they had taken my card details. The receptionist was extremely rude and assigned me what I think was the worst room because it was a discounted booking. The room was infested with ants; when I complained, he said it was normal because many guests use “cheppals” inside. He moved me to another room of the same type—a corner room with a window that had to stay open, so the noise from outside was unbearable. Overall, it was the worst experience I’ve had.

“Good Location if you are going to Sri Ramakrisna Hospital”
