I was really disappointed with my recent stay as the hotel had rented out my reserved room and blamed me for not specifying a room preference, despite it being clearly stated in my reservation confirmation. To make matters worse, they offered me a lesser room at the same price, which was not acceptable. This is the second time I've had this issue with the hotel, and it's left a sour taste.

I appreciated that the hotel room was very clean, but my stay was overshadowed by some concerning issues. Upon check-in, the receptionist mentioned that several rooms had been canceled due to overbooking, and I was fortunate that mine wasn't one of them. Additionally, there were dirty sheets left by my room door, which posed a tripping hazard and made me feel uneasy, especially given my age.
