“Disappointing”

The location was good for the price and the shower was big and comfy, but we didn’t get the check‑in instructions until after the scheduled time, which left us stuck outside for a while; the response was quick enough but the mini‑fridge was dirty, and a repetitive noise from inside the room kept us awake—earplugs were the only solution; the building’s entrance required stairs and a long corridor to an old elevator or staircase, plus a bad smell in the hallways; the room’s design was simple but still comfortable; we only stayed one night and wouldn’t stay longer.

“I would stay here again, good value for money.”

The location was fantastic and the family room was huge with plenty of space, but there was no tea or coffee in the room—though a coffee machine in the hall was available; I wasn’t alone, but the 4th floor felt very isolated with no one around, a squeaky elevator, and a staff member was absent upon arrival, which could have improved the experience.

The location was central and the room was spacious and comfortable, but the lack of a lobby made it very difficult to find the elevator and our room with luggage; in the bathroom we found a shampoo bottle that seemed to belong to a previous guest instead of the hotel’s mini‑shampoo, and even if it was the hotel’s, I would have preferred a single‑use mini bottle for hygiene.

“Excellent place to rest your feet after a day out in Vienna”

The place was very spacious and a great spot to unwind after a tiring day of walking around the city, with many restaurants nearby and the canal just a five‑minute walk; the hotel was neat, clean, and the staff gave excellent self‑check‑in instructions and were very responsive; it’s well located with a busy station close by, though it’s more than 25 minutes on foot from the Hofburg, Belvedere, and Schönbrunn, so you’ll need a tram or cab to reach those sites.
