I didn’t like anything about the hotel. The property is very outdated; I booked a suite but was given a two‑bedroom suite instead. It had a strong musty smell, so I called housekeeping and they brought in air freshener. The kitchen had a dirty hole where a washing machine had been removed and not replaced. The sofa was dirty and stained, the bed sheets were unironised and had stains. The night‑time reception staff greeted me with a flat “YES” when I asked a question.
