Close to the center, comfortable, view was decent. The bathroom used a slick simili floor that was very slippery and dangerous for users, especially the elderly and children.

I booked this place for 26–27 June 2026 and left feeling utterly let down by the service. The hotel went dark for almost the whole day without any heads‑up or updates, and there was no backup generator to keep the elevator running or even provide basic support. When the power cut hit, the lift stopped working entirely and the staff offered no help or alternatives. I was on the third floor, so at checkout I had to haul 2–3 heavy suitcases down the stairs by myself; a staff member was standing outside my room, saw me struggling, and did nothing to assist. The motorbike I rented arrived with only one bar of fuel, I topped it to four bars before heading out, and when I returned it still had at least three bars left, yet the hotel claimed they had added fuel worth 30,000 VND – confusing and disappointing. The room itself was clean and comfortable after a recent renovation, but the overall quality of service and customer care fell far below what I expected. I won’t be coming back.

We upgraded to a family double room with a higher rate for a better view and balcony. The staff were very friendly and fixed everything whenever we had an issue. However, the room’s facilities needed a lot of improvement: the lights were burnt out, the reading lamp didn’t work, water leaked under the sink creating stains and a slippery floor, and the door lock was an old key‑style lock. The wind wasn’t strong, but it shook the door and made noise.

The lobby was great. The breakfast was not.
