If you want to enjoy the Rossio neighborhood, this is the perfect spot. We happened to catch a party in the adjacent square and heard a lot of street noise, yet when we entered the room nothing could be heard—great soundproofing.

The location is really good! The bed is large. There’s free parking nearby (under the bridge). The neighborhood is quiet. The VMC is very noisy, turning on when the bathroom light is switched on. There’s a moisture trail or water damage behind the shower wall.
