The lady of the house is very kind, gave us tips on where to visit the city and where to eat, and let us check in at 12 PM. The house is a 15‑minute walk from the center and a 5‑minute drive. The mattresses need to be replaced, the resort noises can be heard and it sinks. They gave us a room with a street view and a lot of noise; additionally at night a bomb (or a fridge or something) sounded, preventing me from sleeping. I stayed 3 nights and they never told me if I needed cleaning, towel change, or more paper, so I had no cleaning during my entire stay. The room already needs painting and maintenance.

The service and willingness of the staff were outstanding.
The staff were very nice and helpful; there was an air conditioner, and the room was spacious and fair. The room was very basic and did not match the price I paid. In my opinion, it was worth much less. The curtains were too small for the window, so a lot of light came in. The property also needed better cleaning and maintenance. It is fine if you only need a place to sleep for one night, but don't expect much comfort.

Just a few blocks from the center, but the room was not clean when we arrived on Monday; the bed was very uncomfortable and the springs keep coming loose, so it needs a new mattress. The staff weren’t there to hand over the keys.
