“Nice place and great location”

Nice room, great location, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The room had a slight odor, and we couldn’t drop off our luggage before check‑in.

Super logement dans le style logement traditionnel japonais. On ne s'attendait pas du tout à ça. Magnifique décoration et espace très grand (qu'on n'a pas vraiment utilisé). Alors certes il faut partager la salle de bain et les toilettes mais on n'a même pas croisé les personnes qui louaient en même temps que nous. L'hôtel est en plus en face de l'un des deux centres thermaux publics, en plein centre, un endroit idéal pour visiter cette toute petite ville. La literie était confortable, l'appartement très propre

The staff were courteous and attentive; if you had questions, they answered promptly over the phone. For those who bring large carry‑cases, the elevator is unusable, so you must carry them up to the third floor by stairs.

“綺麗なお宿”

It was clean and spacious, and I had a pleasant stay! The toilet and washbasin are shared, and the washbasin is a bit compact, so it’s not ideal for washing a face or doing a quick wash. The room is very large, probably because it’s the “Taikou” room and I’m staying there for the second time, so having a washbasin in the room would be a given. Also, the parking at Arima’s Al Al is hard to secure, so even if you have one car, paying extra would be a huge help. It was a wonderful inn, but I have more requests – sorry! I hope it becomes even more wonderful.

“リーゾナブルな宿です”

I was traveling solo, paid a reasonable price, and the room was clean and spacious enough. The outdoor smoking area had no roof, so I got soaked in the rain.
