The location and polite staff were the only positives, yet the room smelled of cigarette, the bathroom was dirty with splashes on the floor, the shower door wouldn’t close, the bed was cold and seemed soiled with hair, and the paid duvet was dirty and stinky.

Room service, excellent caipirinha, great snack, and a convenient spot for those heading to Viracopos, but the pillows were poor for those wanting to rest, and the staff’s loud chatter at night disrupted sleep.

A simple, budget-friendly option for a layover just minutes by car from Campinas airport; the private room was clean, spacious, and featured thoughtful touches like an electronically openable ceiling section, a console for music and lights, and a ceiling mirror above the bed, all of which were pleasant. However, check‑in felt like entering Fort Knox: the receptionist worked behind a bullet‑proof window, then opened a metal gate to access the rooms—an oddly surreal experience. In a very large room, the limited number of power outlets was also disappointing.
