The location is strategic, the price is good, and the staff is very helpful. The rooms are slightly small and the bathroom had a faint sewage smell.

The proximity to the old port is a plus, but the bathrooms are degraded and the street has bars that create nighttime noise.

The hotel doesn’t match the price; the photos look better than reality. The bathrooms are very old with cracked sinks and a strong pipe odor.

Breakfast was excellent, the welcome was very good, the atmosphere feels like a family home, and the location is 2 minutes from the old port, Cannebière, and the old port metro. Nothing to add.

The staff’s friendliness and willingness were outstanding, earning a perfect 10.0/10.
