Only the location was good; definitely not a 4‑star hotel—very disappointing. Cleanliness was severely lacking, and it’s not reachable by car, which should be known upon arrival (narrow alley).

The room and location were alright, but that's where it ends. This place is on a crazy busy street, so be prepared for non-stop noise. The facilities aren't in great shape either - the pool area looks dirty, and the seating area isn't exactly inviting. If you're looking for a relaxing stay, this might not be the one.

The rooms are pretty and comfy, but the street noise outside was a real pain. The pool is basically just a big bathtub, and the pillows were totally worn out. Overall, it's an okay place to stay, but it's not without its drawbacks.

I was really happy with my stay here - it was quiet, the staff were lovely, and they were flexible with check-in and check-out. The location is great too. My only gripe is that they're super strict about makeup on the towels - seems a bit petty when it washes out easily. Overall, though, I loved it.
