It literally faces the walls of Lucca, parking is provided by the property, easy to reach. Clean, even though the bathroom was shared. A slight closed‑in smell in the room and the building.

Very close to the centre and the amphitheatre beach, outside the walls. Parking around the building but the gate is narrow. Shared kitchen and bathroom; the bathroom with integrated toilet is too small for the number of guests. One tenant had a very aggressive attitude, slamming the door violently while we were in the kitchen just after arriving. The apartment was very noisy (lots of traffic) and unfortunately the branches of nearby trees were cut with a chainsaw at 7 am.

I can’t comment on the staff because I arrived late at night after a long trip and left at 8:30 pm. I didn’t realize it had a shared bathroom, but everything was very clean.

The location is great if you want to explore Lucca and the surrounding area, and there’s an on‑site parking lot. The price is reasonable. We were assigned the smallest, oldest room, so we didn’t really enjoy it. The curtains are light‑blocking but dusty. The description didn’t make it clear that the bathroom is shared; it’s the only one inside the apartment. There were rules for using it, but when I went to shower it was full of dirt on the floor.
