The location is superb, the attraction is unique, and there is silence and peace. The weather was rainy, and in the evening there was no television; on the ground floor there is a billiards table but it lacks lighting and is incomplete. Unfortunately the room was cold and there was no heating, even electric. Check‑in is at 18:00, but by 17:00 the staff already close the premises and take the elevator down. The room was cold and the shower water was lukewarm, not hot.

A beautiful, peaceful place with wonderful views. After the gondola stops, it feels almost like an uninhabited island, with only a few guests staying on the mountain… and the constant calm. The dining closes at the same time as the lift/gondola, and the staff descend to the base in the last cars.

I was impressed by the staff’s friendliness and the beautiful views, and my room was spotless. The only downside was that there was a kettle but no mugs or cups available.
