The building is clean and welcoming close to the city centre and the port. The staff were polite, the reception fantastic, and the breakfast at the bar was good and included in the price.

The location is good. The room had no window and was a bit small.

Nothing special, an anonymous and poorly maintained property. The services were absolutely insufficient and the host lacked transparency. I booked two nights, but they didn't reset the room which didn't even have soap. When I asked, they said “the B&B rule is a reset every 3 nights!!!!” I bought soap myself and didn't want to make a fuss. As soon as you arrive in Sicily, unfortunately you encounter this mentality.

The camera was lovely, clean, and fully equipped. It’s just a short walk from the city center, so the location was perfect. The owners were extremely friendly and available 24/7, answering any request. Luckily we didn’t need anything, everything ran smoothly.
