The natural surroundings were a highlight, but the checkout process was frustrating. I pointed out that we had received no room service, no cleaning, no clean towels, and no toilet paper, yet the staff barely responded. Later, a man mentioned that we had taken a small bottle of water from the fridge, something we were unaware of but were still charged for—about 60 cent. The money itself isn’t the issue, but the way the service was handled felt oddly inappropriate.

While my stay at this resort had its moments, I was a bit disappointed with the limited breakfast options, but the food was delicious. The location, surrounded by pine trees, was peaceful and serene. However, the room was a bit outdated, and the hot water took a long time to come through. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but with some areas for improvement.
