“UBICACION, SERVICIO E INSTALACIONES ACORDES Y PRACTICAS”
The staff were always attentive, breakfast was very good, the room was appropriate, and the parking had an electric vehicle charger. The pool water was too cold for the season, so we didn’t use it, even though we tried on the first day; a warmer pool would have made the stay excellent.

Absurdo! Cheguei no hotel com minha esposa e minha filha de 3 anos no braço, eu estava com umas 4 malas mais ou menos e duas de costas, pois os funcionários viram meu esforço pra dar conta das malas, já que minha esposa tava com minha filha no braço e não teve um pra me ajudar. No outro dia, tive que sair às 5h da manhã pra pegar o voo, e, novamente, o mesmo absurdo, não me ajudaram com as malas até o carro, na verdade, nem mesmo no hotel. Paga-se caro demais, e, com tratamento de pousada de posto de gasolina. MELHOREM E TENHAM RESPEITO PELOS CLIENTES, PRINCIPALMENTE QUANDO TIVEREM COM CRIANÇA!
“Ok para estadias curtas”
The breakfast was fantastic with many choices, something hard to find elsewhere in Porto Alegre, and it was really good. However, a room meant for four people felt quite cramped, and the small parking lot offered no real solution for guests arriving by car.
“Dessa vez o Novotel nos decepcionou”
The hotel’s location is great and the breakfast is amazing, one of the few good experiences during our stay. The housekeeper and one of the receptionists who helped us were very kind. The reception started off poorly: the receptionist didn’t bother to inform us that there was no parking space left, even though I only booked Novotel because the Booking ad says it has parking for guests (a note for them to review that ad). Luckily, the receptionist next to him was very polite and patient, telling me I could cancel check‑in if I couldn’t get a spot. In the end, I got a spot in the corner of the parking lot, but I couldn’t take my car out or I’d lose the spot. The hotel was full and the staff clearly weren’t prepared. Dinner options were limited; if I didn’t want the buffet, there was nothing else to eat, so I had to leave with my daughter for dinner outside. The table next to the bed was marked with a glass and when I touched it, it was still wet, meaning the room wasn’t super clean. The sofa‑bed, meant for my daughter to sleep on, was terrible; it sagged when she lay down, so she ended up sleeping on our bed. The sheets had no elastic, they kept lifting and rolling during the night, and I had to keep touching the mattress because everyone leaned on it.
I liked how close the hotel was to the airport, the paid parking, the friendly service, the pool, the room, the shower, and the bar – all excellent for travelers who need the airport nearby.
