The room had a balcony, warm water, and the food was tasty except for the desserts, which were always the same and only differed in colour. The desserts could still be improved.

The reception staff were friendly, the food good and the thermal water pleasant. However, the room had about eight large beetles, which was disgusting, and the temperature was far too cold—about 18 °C—so I had to sleep with two blankets and long clothes. The thermostat didn’t work properly, even in the bathroom where the control was broken. A corner of the towel rack was a bit dirty, and the Wi‑Fi signal in the room was very weak, only a line and sometimes none at all. In the thermal bath the wall vents were already dirty, as were the external vents, and the back rooms had a lot of large dust. For dinner the drinks weren’t included and nobody told me that; a small cola was expensive and still warm.
