Easy check in. Convenient for food. Next to restaurant. No hot water to shower. Good if there is hot water jug to boil water

The place is well‑located and the facilities are solid, but the room boy asked for money when I was leaving even though he hadn’t helped me at all, which felt uncomfortable and unnecessary; management should remind staff that tips aren’t expected because they’re already paid.

The spot and the GF restaurant are good, but the room wasn’t cleaned, the AC only had on/off with no temperature control and would drop to 19 or 18 degrees, making it unbearable; the floors were somewhat dirty, and after we checked out the whole family fell ill—maybe the hotel’s overall cleanliness was the issue. There was no drinking water, no complimentary morning tea or coffee, no heater or geyser except from 3 am to 10 am, so it was just an average stay for me.
