The property sits in Jiefangbei near Hongyadong and Kiuxing Tower, and the free washing machine/dryer was handy before we boarded a cruise. The metro station is downstairs and a city tour bus station is nearby. Cady and Willa at reception were very helpful.

The staff at reception—Ethan, Leo, and Sophina—were friendly and communicated well, especially when I had a room transfer due to loud construction work. The hotel is very well located, though the construction around it is loud. The food smelled in the corridor, and the entrance was hard to find; maybe more directions would help, since the reception is on the 21st floor.

The hotel was very clean, the staff excellent, the laundry facilities good and the location convenient. The elevators were very busy because the building is shared with many other hotels, so there were a lot of people for the four elevators.

The location was spot on, the facilities were good, the room was comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. Everything else was fine.

The hotel is centrally located in the modern part of Chongqing. The room was spacious and the bathroom had a huge shower with all the necessary amenities, including body lotion. Free laundry and a gym were available, and the reception was on the 21st floor. The breakfast was only Chinese and a bit too much.
