Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by several issues, including the poor quality of towels, which were stained and not clean. The routine cleaning of rooms was also lacking, and the carpets in the room and the hallway leading to it were not well-maintained. Furthermore, the hot water in the bathroom was not functioning properly. While the hotel's brand may be well-known, the overall experience I had was disappointing.
